Does sound good, but as people have posted it's gambling focused and I only have one gambling site (bingo) and I don't really have much interest in that at the moment.

still has valid visa for UK right now. I missed Ad tech london due to delayed visa. It seems more gambling oriented, but we can network. If a lot of people gonna come, i can come over from India. Its going to be tight as am flying out on 21st for 1 week

yeah I'm flying from another corner of Europe to London as well, gonna be tough to get there but I think it's worth it for the network

It's gambling oriented because it's set up to coincide with the biggest land based/online gaming conference in Europe called ICE at Earl's Court that happens at the same time. Home - intro | ICE Totally Gaming

If you're into casino/poker/sports betting/skill games promotion it's a good convention to attend. If you're not then I don't see a lot of value in it for you.

From my experience, if you aren't into gambling, waste of time and money to go to the convention. Even bigger than the Barcelona Affiliate Conference it's the no.1 gambling affiliate conference this year. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I hardly see any use except you want to catch some new SEO clients to go there if you're not into gambling.
