I know several real estate investors that have shitty credit because of how often their credit is pulled and how much leveraging they do of their lines of credit for more investing. One of them had a bankruptcy 2 years ago because a business partner stole $1 million and disappeared and he currently has 14 $1.5 million spec homes going. If you know how to play the system and who to go to for money, it's really not hard.

hi, i received the same e mail today..he is such a blowhard one of these days everyone will tire of his mouth and go away. i had subscribed to his plan and went along with him for about 6 month, but when he got down to slamming and making fun of mentally challenged people that was the end for me. you can have bad credit and be loaded. my x husband is a multi millionaire and has toilet credit rating. money speaks ..... unfortunately i got -0- as i said money talks...!!
