I missed seeing the sexy K Rose on there, but the list is a good one. There are definitely some sexy peeps on there. Sucks they used that girl though... You think she's agreed to it or that she's being impersonated? I can understand why (she's def hot) but if it's w/o her consent that is yucky.

Haha I fucking knew it!

But this one is even slicker, because that other girl on the list "Jane May" had a conversation with me on AIM and all I could think was "this is totally a guy..". Here's why:

I was sending out requests for people to write for WF, and "she" was on the list, and I sat there thinking "those pictures don't look like the same person" so I gave "her" a number in an IM saying to call me first to prove "she" was serious, and "she" kept saying "why can't we just talk about it here? I'm still in my work clothes.. hehe". -- BINGO.

Anyone wanna take bets on who is behind the two of these?

IMO, it's a big red flag. If somebody (a potential advertiser, partner, etc.) won't get on the phone with me, that deal probably won't happen.

The internet leaves a LOT of room for people to create realities about themselves that don't actually exist. While a few phone calls won't prove anything for sure, it certainly adds a level of credibility to whatever they have said or done previously. (And if they won't get on the phone, they probably have something to hide.)

So I would say that Jon's hesitation was right on.
