I never really used google trends much but on Andrew Wee's recommendation via his podcast and posts here, I checked it out again tonight and was this top 100 search list thing there before?
Talk about a awesome niche picking tool.

It seems to be pretty much real time considering the top searches right now show the bachelor reality show related stuff.

Maybe it's just me and I never dug into the tool enough to see this stuff I'm seeing now.

Miguel, if you can think outside of the box, this trends list is awesome.

The problem? Some of it is seasonal. So while it is hot now, it may not return to hawtness for another 10-12 months. If you keep on it though, huge rewards for the future.

Good to see them updating daily finally.... the top 100 list is pretty nice... lots of niche ideas there.

Yahoo Buzz is pretty handy trend tool as well.

This has to be editorialized, for sure, all the adult stuff taken out, and the hate-speech style stuff taken out, I think this gives google a whole lot of power in terms of pushing blog topics, It'll be fun to watch the effect this will end up having.

Sure, all the free keyword/trend tools have edited out the adult stuff. If you want the adult keyword terms you need a subscription to Keyword services for professional search engine optimization
