It'd get a good CTR if it had relevant ads... I got 2 universities, a "political blog" and a foreign policy institute. I think it's from the RSS he's pulling - pretty far off topic.

It's actually how they're driving the traffic without pissing Google off that I'd love to find out, though. Have you seen any of their ads in search results for the same topics, or are they using a different method?

Yeah that is a pretty nice arbi 2.0 site. I like how they have screen shots of the pages they link to. I wonder how they did that cause it seems like that would be a bitch since there are so many different links and topics.

Umm, how is a site with 95% of indexed pages in supplemental a good thing exactly? I can't imagine the site is getting that extreme of traffic.
