I dont know why, but all that can come to mind after seeing that logo is The Powerpuff Girls. i dont know why, but my brain acts in wierd ways some times.

Well, the logo looks as if it symbolises 2012 and also clapping hands?
It looks like the human heart from an angle too..
Im guessing that the word london might be in that logo somewhere!

It took me about 2 days to even realize that the funky shapes spelled out 2012..

Someone said it sort of looks like an abstract representation of the continents... but if thats the case they left out Australia, or think its on the OTHER side of Africa...

They've had shit by kids in the papers over here that have been better than that fuckin mess.

The IOC were fuckin stupid to give it to London (it's not the UK... it's London) - look at what happened with the Millennium Dome and Wembley... it'll never be on budget and they'll be doing well to get it done on time.

I saw this logo like 2 weeks ago and thought these people were high when they made it. It wasn't until llike two days ago that those blobs of ass spelled out 2012. It still looks like they were high though.

The BBC did a feature on their website on the logo. It included a gallery of user-submitted alternatives.

There was (briefly) a rather excellent Goatse tribute. It was removed, but there's a screen capture on Wikipedia.
