Question Mobile ready?

I don't have very many websites but the few that I do have aren't optimized for a mobile environment. I hate feeling like I'm always behind in implementing the latest stuff but once again, here I am. Are all your sites up and running with mobile?

What services have you used to make your website user friendly on mobile devices? Most of my sites are content sites and not shopping sites so I haven't really done anything yet to them. I think shopping sites and those built for local demographics need to really work at making their sites mobile compatabile since I think the chances are greater that people will want to visit their site from a mobile environment. I do plan on using Smush It eventually to optimize the images on my site.
