Holy shit this is awesome. And the silo is empty too. Above and underground house, with a 2000lb blast door blocking the underground one, on 20+ acres. Private runway. Escape tunnels.

The house itself is really nice and modern too:

Nice. The artist rendering really shows what this bad boy is all about. Still though $4.6m is steep for a 50+ year old base.

based on the upgrades, the land, and the big ass missile silo it's not too bad. I'd rather have this than some fake stucco track mansion in florida.

except, with a base like that, everybody knows ur packing a lot of food, and they gonna come getcha. block the extractors and blow smike into the intake, unyil ur forced to open up.
