Fuck Why does moneybookers suck so much ass

Does anyone else here use moneybookers for anything? I'm trying to upload funds to our account and I've verified every freaking thing from here to Pluto, yet it keeps telling me that my chosen upload method is restricted for 24 hours, over and over everytime I try. So do I now just send them the money to their bank account the normal way and hope they don't completely fuck it up. I wouldn't be doing this of course if the receiver could use paypal. Jeez, I thought paypal was bad but moneybookers is just fucking unbelievable. It's like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole, a really fucking big square peg into a really fucking tiny shitty hole.

I've never had any problems with mb, but I've had a bunch of trouble with pp like getting my account freezed for suspection of fraud for $10 and $20 transactions and limits lowered to $100 for a week. Contact support and yell at them. It always works for me.

Moneybookers is not at all shitty as paypal. Once you verify your home address, bank you won't have any problem with them life time whatsoever. I'm using them since 2007 and never had a problem.

I would suggest to write to their support and wait for the answer.

I had this shit re do that again 24 hours when tried to withdraw money to visa. Basically you need to do some test GAMING transaction, then do this. Ask more in support.

I sent support a message but there's absolutely no way to track my support request. I agree Paypal is pretty shit as well, but this just seems crazy. I guess I had high hopes, maybe I just have to give them more of a chance.

AlertPay pisses me off in this way as well. I have about $1600 sitting in there, can't withdraw it, nothing to do with it since nobody accepts AlertPay, and they obviously have a ticketing system except you're not allowed to view your own tickets.

Anyway, hope you managed to get your account funded!

Alertpay... I had an account with them and just gave up on it. God these companies are shit. I mean, at least Paypal actually replied to my queries and problems. Moneybookers still doesn't work properly and still haven't replied to my support message. I'll give it some more time.

I'm still trying to confirm my address with them after three months of trying -- they can't seem to mail a letter to my place. I can't see myself trusting a company that aren't able to send lettermail or email.
