Added money in my account over 2 hours ago via paypal (credit card payment)

Waiting waiting waiting... still hasn't appeared in my account

I thought it would be instant

Typed out a long-ass order and kept trying to push it through but I kept getting the a "not enough funds" message.

I try again one more time (about 5 minutes ago)... my order is deleted and the template didnt save...

And I just checked - my money is still not registered in my account.

Is this company still legit? They didn't pick up their phone. MLK day was yesterday.. I should've atleast gotten an answer. Already called twiced now.

Got EXACTLY the same problem. Just deposited $100 and wanted to start a project right away but it says my balance is 0.

I take back what I said about TextBroker. They rock. (so far!)

Yes there was a delay for my funds to arrive in my account (took about 2 hours) but once they did, I started a project for 3 articles and got them all in less than 24 hours! Quality was awesome (Level 4) you could tell they are from native English writers that took the time to research the topic. For $8 per article, I'm VERY satisfied with the results.

I opened an account, loaded $ 25, ordered two articles (expensive).

Next day, they ask me to send a copy of my driver's license.

I say that, for such a price, I don't want to send my IDs around the web, and I ask for a refund.

They said they would refund my money, but I never heard from them again.

I am going to file a complaint with paypal.

cant stand textbroker. Deposited money and created a campaign/order. Waited for weeks before anyone contacted me to "verify" ... so I canceled the order. A complete pain in the ass when you need content quickly.
