Kobe's wife just sat around the house. At least Seth's wife has her own career. If I was in his position, I'd get a prenup but who knows, maybe his woman isn't the sort to go after everything if it goes sour. Not all women do that and not all marriages end in the divorce. Plus Seth is like 30.. Kobe was like 18 and was young, dumb and in love.

I don't agree with his decision but it must get really annoying having other people in your ear constantly telling you what to do, how you're fucking up and you're stupid.

If you're going to have one of those weddings in which you both declare "till death do us part", and agree to it, it really is an oxymoron to have a prenup. Request that shit be taken out if you want a prenup.

When people get married pretty much everyone says "till death do us part", yet appx 50% of marriages end in divorce.

The person who understands this and is smart enough to get a prenup shouldn't have this line removed anymore so than everyone else who is getting married and also has a 50% chance of getting a divorce.

Ya it's stupid to not get a prenup. You may see it as a loyal/honorable move, but in reality it's naive/ignorant. Divorce laws are so fucking retarded it boggles my mind.

WHAT THE FUCK DID KOBE'S WIFE DO TO DESERVE $75 MILLION?

If anything, she should be paid the average US salary for a period of 5-10 years in which she can get her single life back on track. Plus child support if there's a kid.

I hate to tell you but your exponentially growing business is not going to be protected with a pre-nup as this only covers you for BEFORE you get together/married. Any money made after the fact is community property.
