I guess I shouldn't be surprised at how fast new sites would pop up. At least these guys don't have servers in the usa like megafail.

2) be sure to put "keep in mind that it does not target to become a replacement to megaupload.com"
3) put a donation button for servers and "We want sharing of knowledge and culture free and accessible for all."
4) get social news retards to tweet it to everyone

that's great, and its pretty clear how this will go on from here, the same as online gaming (poker) went, servers in Europe or south America and creative payment systems to US players.
