I put in an order with ewandy on Jan 10th. Emailed and PMed him Jan 13th asking for confirmation. Saw that he had been on wickedfire several times since pming. Sent him another pm Jan 18th asking why the fuck he was ignoring me. he replied saying:
"Hi! I was away for 3-4 days and my worker forget to send a few reports including yours and I didn't notice your wasn't sent too. I just sent your report. It was completed on january 12th, so you should have seen the rank improvement since then. I'm really sorry for the trouble, you can submit a free standard order on my old thread. Just fill out the form and when redirected to payment don't pay. Thanks for waiting so long." I got the report, and then submitted my "free" bookmark order. Have not received the report (and probably wont). Something's definitely up with him. |

Not to totally derail your thread OP, and I do hope Ewandy has a chance to make this right, which if he has any history here as a service provider it's a good chance you just might have to wait it out... Sucks. But if I were to have outsourced my entire SEO strategy I would still keep a personal copy of scrapebox for this reason, it's the most versatile tool in the tool bax

Just trying to point people out who have horrible fucking work ethics. In my notes, he was always a good provider, but with this.. blah. I filed a dispute, no response... I'm gonna escalate it to a claim tomorrow.

Hi!
So here is the whole situation. Dresden's order was completed almost on time, I just didn't send his report and the report was lost. I refunded him today for this order, I think it's normal after he waited so long for a frickin report and I didn't deliver. After I checked today all my servers, I was able to recover the bookmark urls for the order from the server (jan 3rd order). I had a very nasty week, I had my final exams in the last 10 days or so and I wasn't online almost at all (barely had access to internet connection) and had to study ~16-18 hours per day to pass that's why I wasn't taking care of my customers properly. I honestly apologize for being a douche. My last exam was a few hours ago, so I'm half dead lol, but I though I would fix this situation first, before taking a nap. I will be back to business soon and I'm stronger than ever. I will make sure there won't be more problems with this service, after I fucked it up for the second time this month. My worker had access all this time to my wufoo form, so orders were completed mostly on time, even tho the reports were not sent to the buyers. I didn't want my worker to send the orders, because he forgot to send a few last time, so I though I would send them which didn't happen. I hope Dresden and other customer who's orders were delayed can forgive me for the problems I caused. I can understand Dresden, he paid for something and didn't get what he paid for. I would be angry at the seller too. I'm sending now all the reports, so if you anyone didn't get the report stay tuned. |
