Bush matters because what happened in this country while he was in office is the only reason a lot of what Obama is doing is justifiable to be put into law.

People are struggling because the entire fucking financial system blew up because no one gave a shit to keep Wall Street in check. Retirement funds, you know...the type of funds that people like you say intelligent people have, completely fucking wiped out in some cases.

So now you have a whole chunk of the country with no savings and no means to create more savings and no time to make up the difference.
