So whenever I hit up Hong Kong I always check out a bar that and bartender there that's doing Molecular Mixology, which is absolutely sick. I always go for a cherry smoked infused Coca-Cola (Think BBQ'ed Coke).


It just came into my knowledge that this concept is in practice with food as well. Im planning a trip to US and L.A at least to meetup friends there, and Im curios if Wicked Fire has anyone that have checked out some of the restaurants that are cooking like this. If so which one is the best and how long are the waiting lists, I assume I would be raped on the prices but it doesn't matter.

I went to one in Chicago and we spent about $1,300 between two of us, I think it was 11 or 16 courses. I don't really remember much except the food was good and we never ate the same ingredient twice.
