I for one can't cook, but then that's what the wife's for right? I can do some mean ass bbq'ing, but aside from that,I can probably whip up a batch of cookies or maybe some lasagne.
I know you guys are probably pushing your cooking limits to make mac & cheese or an eggo, but if you have kitchen skillz, what can you make?

My entire family grew up on the restaurant industry, so yes I can cook just about anything. My grandma even owned her own restaurant and opera fudge business. I remember some magazine did a story on her about her opera fudge. Cooking isn't that hard if you have some patience and follow directions.

Unfortunately I can. Unfortunately because I learned to cook all my favorite meals from when I would eat out a lot and order take out, and now I don't want to order take out anymore because I know I can cook it better, cheaper, and spend a little bit more time doing it (though it does make for a nice break).
It probably helps that I eat a lot of bland foods and will eat the same thing for weeks/months on end without getting bored of it.

I can cook very well but my strength is Indian food. However, i must confess wife cooks hella better than me. She belongs to the "Chef" family and my mother in law is a chef and author of several cooking books.
We are hoping to run a restaurant some day |

I can cook all kinds of stuff (although not pastries or breads), and I constantly experiment, and thus also fail often. For example I have a money mac and cheese sauce recipe, but the other week I decided to make it bechamel style just to see how it would be, and must have fucked up the roux because I couldn't get it to pop. Ended up adding so much ground mustard I killed it. Bad days man.

Yeah, I can cook pretty decently. It's always a hit and miss though, because I don't follow any recipes. I just throw a bunch of shit together that I think will taste good, and hope for the best. Sometimes it's absolutely delicious though, and other times... ehhh... not so much.

I can cook pretty much anything, anyway not being able to cook is just bullshit, follow a recipe and you're done (on a side note, who wants to buy a recipe site PM me)
but I always cook the same 3-4 quick things recipe after recipe you can say you can cook, that's all

I heard my name
This last week I made a chicken curry with carrots and potatoes in it, a sort of a rose pasta sauce (tomato and crème fraiche) with bacon and brocolli in it and whole wheat Penne, a grilled pork chop with baked beans and some tomato wedges, and last night I grilled some salmon and had some stuffed tortellini with a pesto sauce (the jarred kind cause the herb garden isn't looking so hot it being the middle of the winter and all) and cherry tomatoes. Tonight I will roast a chicken and make a bunch of streamed veggies and a side salad to go with it and then will do something with the leftovers tomorrow. The problem I have is any time I think about making something I'm already starving. So then I go to Genghis Grill and eat mostly healthy out.

I learned to cook when my wife got really sick and couldn't stand the smell of food. I loved it and learned how to cook really well, but now, it has bitten me in the ass. My wife now wants me to cook all the time because the food is better and I like my food better then hers anyways. So yeah, I can cook but now I hate the fact that I can because everyone in the house loves my food.

I can cook, just too lazy most of the time. Used to cook once every 2-3 months when I was married, mostly because kids asked. Rarely follow the recipes, just whatever I find and think would go well together and add some salt, pepper, garlic powder, spices... Kids love when I cook and say that my food tastes better then hers, even when we cook the same thing it turns out differently. I think that men cook better then women overall.
