It's 2 different kind of sports requiring 2 different sets of skills and physical abilities. A soccer player has obviously more cardiovascular power than a baseball player. A baseball player has more muscular mass and strength. It's like debating who's more of an athlete between a 100m runner and 5,000m runner. You can't compare.

I personally like all professional sports because I admire the skills and physical abilities required to be a pro in each one of them.

The top footballers (soccer that is) are the top 000000000.1% in the world at their sport. Whilst baseball players are the top 0.1% or whatever as not even 1% of the amount of people that play football play baseball...
