Do yourself a favor and have your bachelors party at least 1 week before the wedding. I had mine like 2 nights before and had alcohol poisoning for the rehearsal - fiancee and future mother and law were about to kill me a day before the wedding.
Also if you are in NY - I recommend Montreal for the bachelors party. What the strippers do there is strictly illegal in the US. Congrats! |

Retarded, yes. The problem with this logic is that marriage changes the entire dynamic of the relationship.. In a bad way. Like it or not, probably one of the main reasons they have been together for 7 years is because they have not tied the knot.

Because marriage gives them power. When women get power...bad things happen to the marriage a lot of the time. I don't know why people get married, makes no sense at all. You're so insecure about your relationship that you need to have the government give you a piece of fucking paper telling you your relationship is real? What? Why? Why fuck with a relationship that is perfectly fine? It's working, everyone is happy, why can't that be enough? |

Good God I didn't know WF aff marketers were so anti marriage. I lived with my wife for 6 years before marriage, went through the ups and downs and she was always awesome. We always got along well, we were always a perfect fit for each other, and I mean, my wife LOVES FOOTBALL and HATES OPERA MUSIC. I couldn't find a better match than with her.
We've been together 13 years, married 7 of them, three kids, and I wouldn't change a damn thing. There's just something awesome about working from home, being up early and having a huge plate of breakfast bought to you without ever expecting it. To each his own I guess. The player lifestyle these people in this thread talk about can get very depressing after a while. |

Congratulations Joe, I hope you live a happy life with your girl. As for the rest of wickedfire members, it's pretty apparent who will live their whole lives alone. For this select group, you are a bunch of special group of idiots. Have fun dying alone.
Cool bro, but don't shit on somebody else's decision to spend his life with the girl he loves. |

Again, you can have an exclusive, even long-lasting relationship WITHOUT marriage. Why do I need a piece of paper and a ceremony to declare my dedication and faithfulness to a woman, I can't just tell her this? Should I get married because society tells me to, should I go get a 9-5 job in a corporate office because society tells me to as well?
