giant steps is such a bitch tune. i remember trying to play over those changes at like 80bpm and sounding like an asshat. pat metheny did a cool version of it as a samba or something. my fav trane stuff is from his quartet though

you need to take it easy and start off with Central Park West or Naima...otherwise the Coltrane changes will fucking ruin you.
