Whitney Huston was a great singer. I'm sorry, but some of the music that she put out completely overshadows whatever problems or seemingly idiotic behaviors she performed. I'm surprised by how many people can't think about this for a second and figure out why a great amount of people feel sorry for her loss. If you honestly don't give a shit about her music or her style of music, then the argument has a fallacious foundation that should have never seen the light of day.

I don't understand how one can lump their view on a person based on what they hear from one moment to the next. Most of the people that thought Michael is a child molester still think he's a child molester. Most people that think Whitney is nothing but a crack addict scum still thinks she's a crack addict scum. These are the people that TRULY hold onto the beliefs. If they DID switch up their tone from hating to loving, then their talents had effected them much more than their apparent hatred.

This can go toward every day people and their friends, loved ones, etc. Not the quantity of sorrow, but ignoring the faults of someone while focusing on the positives.
