When you need to "blow" off some steam, what do you use more: 1) still pictures, or 2) videos?

Not for my purposes... I mean, I can reflect back and skip over my ED and premature ejaculation issues.... saves me shit loads in expensive medications, Keni Styles DVD's [INB4QUITOUTINGBRO] and no need wasting hours in Premier Pro cutting out all of my profuse apologizing.
