It isn't vulnerable to dictionary attacks though. You've got 4 dictionary words in there, but that could easily be 3 words, 5 words, 6 words.. Random letters and numbers, etc.. If you use one dictionary word then yes, it's open to attack. By the time you're up at 4 though, it's a shit ton of word combinations to get there.

The second calculation in the image is based on a dictionary attack using just common words.

Yep, all websites. I used to use roboform then I realized it's just much better for me to memorize all the shit. The easiest way to do that is have a formula rather than actually memorizing all those usernames and passwords. Ain't failed me yet.

To prove it, I haven't used 'pewep' since december 2009 but i knew the password instantly . Sorry, not releasing my algo, just make your own it's not that hard.

it's not just pewep:

'username' + 'website' + a couple changes = password

Therefore all my passwords are unique, I don't need to memorize them and all I need to know are the usernames.

How many sites let you use 25 characters in your password? I know some do, but a lot still cap password length at 12 characters, negating your ability to use a phrase like that.

To anyone that actually uses the internet a lot (almost everyone).. remembering all of your passwords isn't even an option anymore unless you're a dumbass who reuses passwords all over the place.

I don't care if the passwords are made up of real words or not. There are just too many passwords to remember.. so you might as well go with alphanumeric and symbol passwords anyway. Make them longer if it will make you feel better.
