Torchlight II

Game is same as Diablo2 just with better graphic, dchuk gave me this tip and im sharing with you guys.
$20 for decent game, same controls and ways of using stuff as D2 and no lame Blizzard thats fucks their customers.
 


I like the game, but the ease of editing (console commands) and lack of a controlled online community diluted the enjoyment for me.

If someone would just take D2, update the graphics, add more shit (items, monsters, playable chars) and create an online setup like the old battle.net (community, ladder, etc) I'd throw my goddamn money at them.

Bliz north had the recipe down to a fucking tee. It's been nearly 10 years since 1.10 and noone has come close in my opinion.
 
The old Blizzard North team is the same guys that made Torchlight 2. I'm playing this too :) Really fun so far



Just to make sure people fully understand how involved the Torchlight team was in Diablo 1 and 2, they weren't just some of the devs, they WERE Blizzard North. Max and Erich Schaefer founded Condor, which became Blizz North. The composer of the Diablo 1 and 2 music is the composer for Torchlight 2 (Matt Uelmen). Runic games actually has much more claim to the diablo legacy than Blizzard do (in terms of the gameplay and music).
 
Fuk I'd go back to playing D2 if it became popular again, they took out that new cows mode, and there were tons of hardcore games going on. I don't even care about the graphics and other shit

They definitely seem to have been quite influenced by Runescape in the graphics department.
