I did content worth Rs1800 or USD 35 approx for him. He refused to pay upfront but since the amount was small I trusted him.

He refused to pay without an invoice and agreed but sent the invoice a few weeks later since I was in no hurry for the payment.

After sending the invoice, several days passed without any reply from his side. He kept saying will pay today but never did.

Whenever time came for payment, he started not attending calls either.

Today I kept calling him because he kept cutting my calls without replying. Again, he promised to pay but but never did. At the end of the banking hours, I messaged him that if payment wasn't sent by end of day then he would be called at midnight.

There he ordered me to never talk to him like that else he would never pay! As if he is doing me a favor by paying me, like it isn't a compulsion for him because of fair business ethics!

I again messaged him to pay by end of day but again no reply.

The amount being small, that isn't a concern, but I want to make sure that nobody ever deals with him again.

So you're posting this guy's address and phone number, and outing his websites because of a $35 invoice that you admittedly took WEEKS to send out because it wasn't a big deal?
 
Yes, it isn't about the money but about ethics. Today he scammed me for $35. Tomorrow he will scam others for bigger amounts. Hopefully somebody will scam you soon too so that you learn how it feels.

... Am I the only one that sees a problem. You said you didn't bother sending the invoice to him on time. In fact, you took a "FEW WEEKS" since you were in "NO HURRY FOR THE PAYMENT."

So now that you need your money, he has to be on-time with his payment?

You can't afford it. Bro. No offense.

And this thread isn't an attempt to get back the money.

It is a future warning for people who do a background check on him and then not deal with him after that.

He has been rude and refuses to pay. It isn't because of the time he has taken
