I'm having a hard time figuring how to give a prize for a two choice contest..hmmm...okay here it is. The first three to guess correctly, I'll buy them the wickedfire Tshirt of their choice when SEOMIKE releases them for sale. You get one guess.

Here's the situation/story thats going to setup our game. I got this girl that I met two weeks ago, she's way into me. Way TOO into me. She's starting to creep me out as a matter a fact. In fact she's been getting mad at her roommate who introduced us for talking to me too much. The whole jealousy thing is a huge turnoff for me. She's fine, but not fine enough for me to put up with that shit especially since we've only "done stuff" like twice. So to avoid her I've been hanging out with an ol' friend of mine from a year back. This chick is waaay hot and believe it or not beyond fuckin cool. She loves nothing more than just hanging out with me and watching batman the animated series and playing video games all day. She's not only smart as hell but she likes getting drunk and camping and shooting guns. She's the type of girl that if you find a neat bug outside she'll quickly run inside, find a magnifying glass and bring it out for you along with a beer. Trust me guys if you met this girl you'd be gaga over her instantly. And believe it or not she's also a phenomenal cook (I'm Italian from a large family so i know my cooking) and she always washes our towels and cleans our house for us for no reason. To top it off she has the same wickedfirish type humor as me. So needless to say I'm ditchin the creep and going for the gold.

So why are we just friends? A) she's a blonde, I've never had any interest in blondes so we quickly went into friends mode and i had no interest up until recently when we started hanging out again. B) She's a bad combination. I'll date girls just because they're cool, or I'll date girls just because they're hot. It doesn't really matter because shit with me tends to end fast simply because girls tend to jump me really fast with the i love you i want to have your babies bullshit. But when a girl is both hot and cool, I'll usually just keep her as a friend because its funner like that.

So I'm taking off for the weekend and we both spent all week swearing up and down we were going to hang out before I left. Schedules got all fuckered up at work and it never happened. I'm not one to let shit riding on the table so I sent her an email telling her I'm diggin what she's cooking(not the way i'd prefer to get it done but fuck it). It could honestly go either way and I swear I have no idea which way she's going to go with this one. So while its entirely up in the air, thats our contest. Will she say she likes me to or will she reject my ugly ass?

I'll Give You Some Evidence For Either Case To Make Your Bets With

She'll Go For it
1) All my friends swear up and down she's into me.
2) She hangs all over me no matter who we're with or where we're at. <-fairly recent.
3) I made a joke about us getting married and she suddenly locked up and then started talking all serious about how great it would be.

Rejection Bitch!
1) She hangs all over me and only me because she really doesn't know any of my friends all that well and we hung out for a full year, she practically lived with me for a full 9 months and we were inseparable. She never really hung out with anyone else or knows them all that well so she naturally gives me more attention. And outside of hugging we've never done a damn thing.

2) She's seen me go through like 4 women in the time we've been hanging out and i'm scared to count how many one night stands. She has a very low opinion of me in relationships and knows I run off at the slightest bit of commitment.

3) She's got lots of other guys trying to get with her, and even though she's single she clearly doesn't want any sort of boyfriend.

So what do you think fellas/ladies of WF? She's going to go for it or not?

ps. I'm really not that nervous about it. Theres more fish in the sea if not and I'm sure we'd still be friends, it may just be a lil' awkward for awhile, but awkward ain't no big shit. Seemed like a fun game none the less though.

I'll give a little more than a one line Eli, and I hope it helps! By no means am I a dating expert, but sometimes I happen to stumble upon something that helps - eventually.

I would say it's a tough one. You said that she "locked up and then started talking all serious about how great it would be." when you joked about marriage. Now, you say she was serious - but was she serious from a FEELINGS standpoint, or from a LOGICAL standpoint?

I mean, there's a big difference between "I would marry you because you can take care of me and make money and you r teh leet3s7 SEO mastar evar!" and "I would marry you because I like you". If she was looking at logical, there may not be any magic there.

However, if she's hanging on you it could go either way. Here's something to look for ... when she hangs on you, does she do anything "behind the scenes"? I know that sounds like a bad handjob joke, but would she ever like.. scratch your back when her arm was around you, or do something that others could not be seen - or was it all a show to the others? There may be very very little signs there that you haven't noticed.

Remember - just because she doesn't want a boyfriend - does not take you out of the race. It's never "I just don't want a boyfriend", it's "I just don't want a bullshit boyfriend, I'll wait until one turns my head".

For the "too fast with the i love you crap" ... that's actually easier to solve than you think. With my girlfriend (which some of you met at ASE) we were completely upfront and honest about that - don't say it for xxx period of time, or until you REALLY feel it. It worked like a charm for us.

I say go for it. You miss 100% of the success you don't attempt.

Okay, so here's what I see. First, the above makes no sense. What does her haircolor have to do with it? I can understand deep down having more of an attraction to brunettes or something (and certainly you can choose your porn accordingly), but is hair color really that important that you wouldn't have *considered* her? Dude... you should have had dinner one night and a few glasses of wine... then sprung it in a friendly but, "no harm if you reject me but I think it'd be cool" way. I think that would have both given you the best chance but at the same time deflected any awkwardness either of you would have if it was nixed.

Or you could just ask her if she wants to see your SQUIRT.

But... I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and say hopefully she's game to be more than friends.
