Something I can have a toolbar in my browser (firefox) and turn/off. I've had some proxy service in the past it makes my connection slow many times, do I just have to keep trying different proxies?

Also, I would like to have U.S. proxies.

I found this software

It's a toolbar in your browswer, when you want a proxy you turn on, but they give you a list and you have to go through each one to find which is anonymous working, which isn't working well. I haven't found any U.S. working ones. It also doesn't work with firefox.

Tor is the easiest. But it is slow most of the time. There is an on an off firefox button for it.

should have mentioned TOR, yeah it's too slow and too many international proxies

What about those web based proxy the one that don't requires download, can anyone suggest a good one to use?
