I don't know what's more troubling, the fact that people seem to think that it's acceptible to pressure someone into leaving their job because they hold unpopular political opinions, or the fact that Eich lacked the character to actually stand up and tell them to fuck off.

If people in Eich's position stood up with any kind of regularity and gave their persecutors a nice "Fuck You" and a smile, we'd be in a much better situation than we are now.
