We have a staff of about 45 on and off again guys all over the world. Mostly in India, HK, and eastern European countries. A few in the UK, US, Israel, and Mexico.

Managing my day? Geez. I can write a fucking book on that. Everyday is different.

Max has a spectacular aura about
Where do you get all your backlinks? Do you participate in 'cooperative' networks?

I've never used coop link networks in my life. Not that I have anything against them, but I like to use what I know and what works for me. I get backlinks from reputable and relevant sites. Whether they are blogs, content sites, product sites, directories, whatever. As long as it's relevant to my site and page, then I go for them. I don't do any of my link campaigns anymore either, it's all outsourced, but you have to do the grunt work yourself first so that you can figure out what works for you, and then show someone else how to do it, so they can do it your way, and you won't suffer from any changes. That's just my take on it.

I guess not, because it wasn't really a question for this thread. Try posting it on another section in the forum and it will probably get answered there.

Absolutely, from the basement up!

You're very impressive, but do you still dabble in the black arts?

I am a Sith Lord in the black arts my friend. I may not dabble in it, but I am constantly re-educating myself on new ideas and tactics with it. Without tooting my own horn, until someone can beat what I did with adult and Google for 2 years without a single site being dropped, then I will be impressed. There are only a few people who I respect hardcore in the dark arts. One being Dan Kramer (kloakit author) and DaveN. I've only recently been getting more social with BH'ers so maybe there are a lot more guys out there that I need to give my respect to.

Research my friend. Every niche has loopholes for free traffic. Mix research with creativity, and you can get a boat load of free traffic to any niche, whether you're an expert or complete newbie in the topic. And by being creative, I mean think outside the box. Put yourself into the shoes of the consumer clicker, and think about how you would go about finding information on this topic. While you're at it, think about how to monetize the crap out of it as well. Usually it's very easy to just sit there and rely on Adsense to do all of the revenue work for you, but there are so many channels that no one ventures into because it seems like too much "work". So I guess it just depends on how far you want to take it, and how much money and traffic you want to generate.
