Well, as promised, I am posting the Cease & Decist I got from Shoemoney's lawyer in regards to that thread I made about him and some other bloggers.

When you read it, you're probably going to ask the same thing that everyone has asked when they have seen it.. which is.. "Wait. Didn't he blog about that himself about a month ago? So then how can you be accused of making it up Jon?"

The answer is... I can't. Not only does MY lawyer (Gary Kibel) say so, but two other lawyers who are VERY respectable in the industry, especially in the areas of Libel, Slander, and all sorts of other fun shit. I'm going to leave them out of this as they have requested, unless I really need them at my disposal.

Just a quick note I'd like to add here..

When I made that original thread, I had one image of Shoemoney. After getting a C&D from his lawyer, a different image came to mind. But what really got to me, was the fact that Mr Shoemoney has been using this BULLY "I'm going to pretend like I don't give a shit, but since I'm really over sensitive and absolutely out of my fucking mind when it comes to censoring people or 'getting them back' for saying anything negative about me, and instead, I will send them a C&D or do something very fucked up to them and scare them from ever doing or saying anything negative about me, bwahahaha!!" tactic.

Apparently, I'm one of the first people to ever consult a lawyer in regards to a Shoemoney C&D, because everyone else, he's managed to bully around. Not me Shoemoney. Not now. Not ever!

You are definitely one sick son of a bitch.. because now I have so much proof that you have lied about almost EVERYTHING that you've built this bullshit reputation up to be an expert about.. but really, it's nothing more than a web of lies.

The best part about it all... is you've given me all the proof I could ever need. I didn't have to go far at all to dig for it, because well, you wrote about it first, either on your blog or on a forum. I've also caught you redhanded trying to lie, bully, bribe, and intimidate your way to the top.

Remember Shoemoney. You did this to yourself. Not me. All I did was get fed up with you and your bullshit. But you have been living in this fantasy world where you can bully and intimidate anyone when you can't delete their threads/posts/comments, that you've pretty much screwed yourself and your reputation in the process.

So without further interruption.. I give you proof, that Shoemoney is in fact a crybaby, and sent me a Cease & Decist over the thread I made, trying to intimidate me to remove it, and blame me for something that he was actually the first to write/blog about himself.

Good job Shoemoney. Perhaps the next industry you should take a look at getting into is that of a grave digger. Because you sure did dig a damn great one for yourself and your now totally fucked reputation. Grow up, and stop picking on people.

PS - Is it true you threatened to sue your sister... twice? Ouch.

I admire the ability to talk openly in these forums..... The CD is nothing its simply a prepaid legal letter standard courtesy to most. I have waged war of this type with another internet guy in my day and legal fees shot up to $10k to resolve but I did get inside info that even to make this a claim of loss from Shoe side it will cost a min of $20k to file a decent case in Federal court and the battle goes from there can last for 10 years and $100k plus in attorney fees.... And more.... The real question who will swing deep in the pockets to wage this ego war......

I understand why Jon posted the comment about Andrea but its not fair for anyone else to jump on the bandwagon and bring her into the "outing" of Shoemoney.

I have no idea of the current relationship between Andrea and Shoemoney right now but reading between the lines I'm sure here has been possible conflict in the last few months. I know from personal experience what its like to be brought into a conflict with for no other reason apart from being a relation.

Before I got into IM i worked with the family business and I got screwed over by my own brothers who not only made sure I left with nothing but also went out of there way to make sure I could not get back into the same game by spreading lies in the industry. In the end I realised that I was in no position to take them on and decided to move on and fight the war another day.

When your slagging Andrea your not getting at Shoe your just making her feel worse about the situation between her and her brother if there is one) . I have no time for my brothers but I still would not let a bunch of forum users say bad things about them and I'm sure everyone else in the same position would say the same thing.
