Best Adsense CTR I can hope for on this site?

I didn't research the others that much... but this one is good, cheap, and I like how I can link to other videos on my site at the end... increases page views.

Anyone have any idea about Adsense placement on the site tho?

The only thing I would suggest you try is placing the adsense ad right under the play/pause button (same size ad). You currently have a small description and previous/next under the video.

You could also remove the Ad Unit you are trying to blend into the right side navbar. I doubt anyone is clicking it... and it might lead to you getting "smart-priced" by Adsense.
