As Jon had said and others pointed out, how exactly does this help CLICKBOOTH? It always blows my mind when a company has direct access to the "customer", can positively engage a thought leader in the space that could sway opinion and get people to take positive action for the company, and decide to reach for the legal guns instead.
Why not use the problems as an opportunity to build relationships with the affiliates and create a true partnership? I love good service, but one thing that I find very true is if I have someone go out of their way to resolve issues when they occur and work with me to improve my customer experience, there are times I am MORE LOYAL to that company than to the organization who provided good service in on the first try. Wacky psychology, but I am sure most of you have an experience like that too. Sadly, another opportunity wasted by a company that could have used the challenges they where facing as a change to rebound and grow. Instead, ego and pride rule the day and, as they always do, will be the downfall of CLICKBOOTH. |

The good thing about this, is that when they've run out of money suing you, and are forced to disappear, the message will be clear that networks who fuck their affiliates will be outed and it will cost them BIG TIME.
If you need to, please post a chip-in form for your legal fees so we can all contribute to the cause. |

Holy shit this was a bad move by them. Let's go over the reasons.
1. Jon is a stubborn ass. Even if they want to back out in the middle of the suit, he won't let them. I'm guessing that he would spend years of his life and hundreds of thousands of dollars just to reduce every single one of them to living in a Frigidaire box behind Wal-Mart. 2. Jon's only truly happy when he's got jihad going on. He probably creamed himself directly after he was served. Then ran straight to the jew-cave to clean his pants and plan his attack, laughing maniacally the whole time. 3. Jon is rich, biatch! 4. Jon has a fantastic lawyer. This is blatantly obvious by the way he isn't afraid to get himself into trouble. Hell, the poor laywer probably doesn't even have time for other clients. 5. Clickbooth has a shitty, shitty past. I've seen so much bad press and heard so much shit about them that I'm amazed they still exist. Oh wait, they send out beanie hats to "super affiliates". lol |
