It's official... I was served last night on behalf of John Lemp, and IntegraClick, the parent company of ClickBooth.

The majority of the stuff is just typical first ammendmant related. But the fun stuff.. well, that you're going to have to wait a bit for while I scan these bad boys. There are 14 pages of some of the best threads/posts ever made here listed on this document.

The majority of the allegations he's suing for happened almost a year ago. Why wait until now to sue me? I know why, but apparently, Mr Lemp didn't think this through.

"Emotional distress" is one of the factors they are going after ME for. Hahahaha!! Can you imagine that?? Me, a tall and skinny Jewboy from NYC causing "emotional distress" to a man who is probably 20x my weight, 10+ years older than me, and someone who goes around threatening people is EMOTIONALLY DISTRESSED from me?! Well, thanks for the compliment John! Didn't know I had that type of effect on you Mr. Sensitive! Hahahaha!!! Too funny!

You can bet your ass there will be more details on this shortly.

And Mr. Lemp, if you're reading this.. I will NOT settle. I do in fact WANT to go to court with you on this. My lawyer should be contacting yours sometime today. Make sure to bring extra Kleenex tissues. Don't want to see you cry from the big bad Jon and his "hurtful words and comments" right?

PS - one of the main reasons they are doing this is because they want to be removed from the WickedFire blacklist, because they also want us to remove all of the negative reviews and comments said about ClickBooth (they claim all of the comments are just a bunch of LIES purposely made to make them look bad!), and to get affiliates/webmasters from WickedFire to join their network and start promoting as affiliates again...

Oh yeah.. fantastic way to get people to like you again ClickBooth.. Becausing suing them and calling them liars for outting you guys and your lies is DEFINITELY the smart approach right?

Someone over there needs to take a MUCH needed class in How Not To Burn Your Bridges.

Hahaha. A search for their company name on Google brings up a lot of slimy little reputation managment tricks. Wikipedia entry(like they need that), Google "custom" search indexed on the google.com base domain, and a load of other fun. Even a spammy blogspot I believe(didn't look too closely)

I guess they didn't consider how bad this is going to make them look in the first place...

Secondly, they are opening themselves up to a TON of legal inquiries with the IRS and other departments who are going to become VERY interested in these giant earnings numbers that ClickBooth/IntegraClick has failed to file/report.
