The problem with the Dragon's Den is the editing they do. It's hard to get a good idea of what's really going on. I saw a thread on some business forum by someone that was on the show in the first series. The Dragon's ripped into his business idea. Apparently he gave back as good as he got but they edited it all out and made him look like a fool.
Some of the ideas are absolutely bloody stupid though. Also, the presentations are terrible. I saw class mates back in school give better presentations than a lot of these people. I do like it though. Richard Farleigh is an interesting guy. He seems to know his stuff. |
