...mmm..it's all over the net. There was a post on here referring to another forum that it'd been leaked (originally?) to, a few days ago.

For what it's worth, the google cache (of the URL at the bottom of each page in the PDF) has the title of "'General Guidelines' by Jemma".

I wonder how flexible these guidelines are, given the apparent informality of it (in terms of style, formatting, that title, etc).
