not worth the headache. get rid of the post. It is a cease and desist requiest. they probably have a paralegal just sitting there day after day checking the web for the crapola that's out there. I just think it is a form letter they send to anyone reporting the lawsuits. Do not spend another minute thinking about them. Just cease. Move on.

You shouldn't go to lawyer for advice on affiliate marketing, nor should you get your legal advice from an affiliate forum.

Having said that, the bottom line is this. If you do not have the resources to defend yourself if it came to the point that you were served, then you would be a fool to not remove the post. They have clearly shown by their bullying of John that they are willing to unleash litigation to quash dissent.

Unlike Jon, it would appear you don't have the resources at this time for a fight. Save your fight for another day.

Haha. Or they realized that it's a lot harder to mess with people who can pay to defend themselves.
