Guys, I need some help.
I thought the Wickedfire/Clickbooth lawsuit would make a good topic for one of my blogs. I wrote about it a few days ago, and today I get an email telling me to take it down.

also certainly more than willing to work with you in order to help you better

Dont be scared, granted your post is a persuasive one to deter sign-ups from ClickBooth, you are only stating facts, and throwing your opinion in there.

You say, "The general tone of the thread suggests that if you do business with them, you shouldn’t expect to be paid."

You are not saying if you sign up you WILL NOT BE PAID

Forget all the 'Stand up to them' bullshit, you are not in a position finacially to do it.

If I was a student & in your exact position, then I would take down the post, regardless or whether it is or isn't libelous or slanderous, it just isn't worth the risk or stress.

It's already been established he hasn't done anything wrong. The problem is clickbooth is using bullying tactics to force him to take it down, knowing he can't/won't be able to force them to take it to court.

You can a) call their bluf and hope you don't end up in court
or b) take it down.

If they do sue, make sure you countersue.
