Yeah, guess it's really just the stereotypical pure old-school country sound that I'm not keen on really. I like a load of stuff that has elements of country, Alabama 3 are another great band with a country influenced sound.

I've heard a bit of wilco (a while back) they did a couple of albums with Billy Bragg, who I think is great. Not listened to them in a while, but from what I remember they are really good.
