ACTs Tomorrow
Yes, yes, those of us still in HS still have to take this evil test just to even apply for a college.
I was just wondering if any of you super affiliate camels could give me any tips for the test? I know there are a lot of pretty intelligent people on here, so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Damien

Well, I have, I took the SATs a few months ago and I did above average with little studying. But, the thing is, there is a lot to study for, I prefer making educating guesses haha.

I never studied... I got a 30 on my ACT... I never took it again...
All you need is reasoning skills, and you can pass... the most math I have had is algebra 2, barely, and I got a higher score in Trigonometry + Geometry than in Algebra etc... its all reasoning. |

I've always been really good at standardized tests (usually get in 99 percentile), and I don't think studying is the most important. The first standardized test I ever took I completely bombed because I was stressed out. Don't stress out during the test, just relax. Look up some breathing exercises online and spend some time practicing those.

I got a 32 on my ACT w/o much studying. I thought it was pretty easy at the time. Then again, this was like 10 years ago, so who knows how I'd score today.
