Last night I fell asleep at 2 and woke up at 5:30 for work. But on a Friday night I can go to bed a 2am, wake up at 2pm, stay up for an hour or two and then take a 4 hour "nap" before I go out for the night. My weekends generally involve sleep, watching racing on tv, naps, and golf. Then Sunday night rolls around and I'm laying in bed thinking "shit, I didn't get ANYTHING done this weekend."
