How many hours do you sleep, I am quite lazy and sleep 8 hrs.

I usually get in the neighborhood of 6-7 when having to work the next day, and 7-8 with a day off coming. I have a friend whom consistently sleeps like 10-13 hours and it drives me nutz.

I sleep around 6 hours. My girlfriend can sleep for ages. Sometimes it's easier to count the hours she is awake. One time she was awake for 8 hours in 3 days. I'm not kidding. I kept a spreadsheet of her sleeping. Boy, did I get some coding done then

6 hours, i try to sleep in on my days off but i usually get woken up for some ridiculous reason or another, so 6 hrs has become my norm

Last night I fell asleep at 2 and woke up at 5:30 for work. But on a Friday night I can go to bed a 2am, wake up at 2pm, stay up for an hour or two and then take a 4 hour "nap" before I go out for the night. My weekends generally involve sleep, watching racing on tv, naps, and golf. Then Sunday night rolls around and I'm laying in bed thinking "shit, I didn't get ANYTHING done this weekend."

lol depends for me if i have work to do, if i do i sleep anywhere between 2-3am otherwise i sleep bout 12ish.
Waling up though depends on commitments for the day (uni work etc) but if its a freeday usually up by 930-10 no matter what time i go to sleep can never sleep after that time.

About five hours a night. I go to bed most nights at a ridiculous time -- usually 9:30-10:00pm -- and get up between 3 and 4am and get cracking. Before my most recent kids I used to go 36-48 hours at a time without sleep, then crash for 9-12 hours, but I needed to get on a more regular schedule with them around. Kids' energy demands are spectacular, especially when you're close enough to forty to hit the goal line just by falling down.
