I dont know about the legalities of it but you could make some big money off of that idea for sure.

It doesn't have to be Adwords specific, after all most ppc marketers are using adwords, yahoo, and others.

If you want to run your own seminars here is what I would do:
- Start blogging, building up backlinks, with the goal of getting mainstream media contacts (newspapers, magazines, tv)
- Spend a few months getting as much free publicity as possible, this would probably be the hardest part
- Instead of charging for a session, make it free, and upsell the audience books, software, hosting, etc.

I thought we were about passive income, go to the strip club spend $100 leave having made $200. what you are talking about would be work! I hate work, if I have to work I find something else to make money!
