I got it "free" so yeah...

If you have a lot of media you want to either backup or remotely access it's great, really simple and easy to use. The best two features (from Wikipedia):

Data redundancy - Guards against a single drive failure by duplicating data across multiple drives.

Expandable Storage - Provides a unified single and easily expandable storage space, removing the need for drive letters.

There's a lot of addons for it too.

Wherever there is an internet connection. Right now I like working at this coffee shop that has booths. Networked with a few people there too. I just find it refreshing getting out of the house and being able to work.

I am in a transition to an experimental setup. Believe it or not, I am going from a Dell XPS m1330 laptop running vista to an ASUS eee pc running either XP or OS X. I have not decided yet. I get the eee on Monday.

I have a desktop as a back up if I blow something up...lol...

I will take pictures of my setup when I get it back together.

At one point I had two Gateway 19" widescreens hooked up to my PC and another Gateway 19" widscreen hooked up to my 15" MBP. I then used synergy so that I only had to use 1 keyboard and mouse for both computers. Sweet setup with 4 monitors, thats a resolution of 5760x900. It produced a good bit of heat in the corner of my room though.

Yea I tried taking a picture of one of em real furtively when I was there, and all the chicks went nuts trying to hide and banging on the window. No one chased me though.
