Looking for non-g analytics tracking

Over the past couple months I've setup a network of (wh) sites which has just recently started to turn profit. I've decided to scale, and all night I've been working on a script that will help automate a chunk of the process.

The sites are WP based, and so far my script sets up and configures WP and all my plugins. I used google analytics on all of the sites I have already created, but they have no API for setting up new website profiles so I'd like to scrap them for a different tracking system that can be setup automatically. Anyone have suggestions for something else I can use?

msnanalytics.com, i just started using it. Its free and pretty cool. So who cares if msn gets your data, they dont have any traffic.

uhh...I've been drinking but with a PR1, 3 pages indexed, and the domain being only 8 months old, I dont think that site has anything to do with MSN. Nice try.

Might not work for your situation but it looks like great software. I haven't personally used it yet but I will be in the near future.

Looking through my bookmarks to find this one that looks as pretty if not prettier then G Analytics... if I remember right the website has a black/dark background I'll post it if I find it.
 
I SECOND WOOPRA , if they would jsut approve more of my damn sites already!
