I'm quite interested in how what they were doing constitutes charges under the RIOT act.

2 of those accounts were doing $50k+/month however, so I presume if this was all cookie stuffing that ebay wants their $2-5MM back.

Quick Fact -- A few years ago Shawn had got a really big plug (complete with his mugshot) in the business-section of India's largest circulated newspaper "The Times of India" and they had reported that he was making 10 Grands a month from AdSense.

This is one of the reasons why DP is so popular with the Indians. It got the buzz here once and then it grew from teh word of mouth here.
