Over 60% of the population has some form of herpes. You can get a coldsore from kissing someone who has one, or even who has one developing that you can't see.

L-Lysine strengthens the immune system and is available at almost every vitamin store. I used to sell tons of it to customers at my old vitamin store. really populare for people with weak immune systems or herpes outbreaks. Whatever helps them deal with the sores is a good thing.
