Question # of ads displayed question

What difference does having 3 seperate ad blocks on a page.. vs having just 1? Is payout the same if you have a page displaying 3 blocks vs one with just 1 block? What advantage is having 3 or 1?

Sorry for the questions, thanks for the help!

CPC is higher when you have fewer adblocks (im talking about adsense)...

but more ad blocks can translate to higher CTR

More blocks should equal more clicks, But the high paying ones are displayed first, so you might have a higher CTR but lower price per click. Depends on your niche and how many advertisers.

On my arbi sites I have been only using one block (336 rectangle).

Ah ok.. was just trying to put together a new template and wanted to see see if it was more worth it to have 1 or more.. true though, I guess it really matters with the niche..

I suppose I'll test both!

Test both. One trick I can share is making your text size similar to your ads' text size so you "fold" your ads into your content. The higher quality your content is, the more your ads look like 'resources'
