Help 25 Most Awaited Movies Of 2009

Yes I own the site/article/blog I'm about to link to and yes there are a few monitization efforts on the site, don't click on them lol I'm posting this for 2 reasons.

1) I honestly think some people around here might like to know about the most 25 awaited movies of 2009

2) I wouldn't mind if some people would hook a brother up and digg this for me, even though I know were not technically supposed to ask.

Anyway here is the story and the link.

25 Most Awaited Movies Of 2009

Also if you want you could let me know what you think of the site design, I'm still can't decide if I want to keep the top look lol.

I'm going to respectfully disagree with Halo the movie being long awaited.
I saw the teaser ad for it... It looks shithouse. I'm talking worse than the Starship Troopers cartoon. And not the good 3D one that came out in '99. I'm talking the shitty anime one that came out well before the movie. Honestly, the only way that movie could be looking any worse in my eyes is if it was directed by Uwe Boll.

The rest of the list I am pretty psyched about.

haha yeah when the .com is gone the .ca is just as good in my mind, plus I'm in Canada so I can legally register them without issue.

Basically I was just looking for a generic blog name I can use for celebrity shit since there always seem to be new celebrity offers coming out.

Plus celebrity scandles are always good for link bait.

I know I've seen the trailer too but what can you expect from microsoft.

I was also going to include a World Of Warcraft entry because I've heard rumors about them maybe making a movie but I can't back it up with proof so I said the hell with it.

Metal Gear Solid is the ONLY video game title on there that could make a good movie.

GI Joe should be cool if they don't go overboard with the futuristic stuff.

Friday the 13th is supposed to be a serious remake of the first 2 or 3 films, from Jason's perspective. Maybe it will explain how someone can be drowned, burned, dropped onto spikes and shot into space and still keep ticking.

I thought the same thing when I was searching them out, it seems like the last 5 years or so Hollywood has had an insanely severe lack of original ideas, they just keep remaking the old shit, they get it right sometimes and make a few good ones but I mean come on, there has got to be some new killer stories out there somewhere.

There are great stories. Plenty of them. But they screw the script writers on the contracts, that is why they stopped half the series last season.

Watchmen. Curious to see if they screw it up or not. If not, it could be fantastic.

Add a description to each movie, possibly link the trailer as well. I don't like to go to imdb for each of these 25 movies, too many clicks.

If these are the most anticipated movies of 2009, then Hollywood is in serious trouble.

I think Hollywood needs to get it's head out of America's ass and go overseas with their movie themes. I mean think how many folklores and stories it could drum up using other cultures. Think Beowulf, Braveheart, Apocolypso type stuff.

Well I was never going to add the descriptions its too much work for my max 1 hour time limit I give myself to work on that site each day, but I was condiering linking to the movie trailers or putting the trailers below each picture, but then I couldn't find a ton of them because a lot of in pre-production.

Maybe next time I'll take your advice and to a combo of the two, if I can find a trailer I can link to it and if I can't then the link will goto IMDB.

Personally, I can't wait for Alice in Wonderland (in 2010 ) - Tim Burton & Johnny Depp combo never disappoints.

at the number of original scripts/screenplays.

Nice blog just the same, and a digg for my Canadian neighbor. LOL, .ca might start looking good after this election.
