After watching the Zietgiest movies I was very motivated to get involved with political matters. I started watching more "Documentaries" on different things and researched more and more information on my own - breaking away from the mainstream media to come to my own conclusions.

What are some other movies to watch involving conspiracy topics?

YouTube - "The World According to Monsanto"

YouTube - WAL-MART: The High Cost of Low Price -- teaser trailer

YouTube - Network

YouTube - Fluoride Deception Part 1

YouTube - Vaccination - The Hidden Truth - trailer

all are quick excerpts from the full vids -- vaccination one is boring as hell but eye opening.
fluoride deception is one of the best docu's rallying against water fluoridation.
walmart vid is a great anti-capitalist propaganda piece. the interviews in china drive the message home.
monsanto documentaries, business goals, and practices will scare the shit out of you.
network isn't a documentary, but might as well be.

and they all come with a complementary tinfoil hat.

i went through a documentary phase to. it was kinda neat. My still reigning favorite is Super Size Me.

Now whenever I get into those types of kicks I just watch astronomy shows like The Universe or other discovery/history channel shows. It satisfies the urge to watch something interesting and learn something new but at the same time I don't leave all pissed off and start bugging my friends and family with the newest conspiracy flavor of the week which usually results in a giant gumwad of every conspiracy ever all tied and working together to get us. Then peaks into me demanding a vote for Ron Paul at gun point while I dig a hole for a bomb shelter.

"The Smartest Guys In The Room," an unforgettable documentary about Enron.

"The Insider," with Russell Crowe, about a cigarette executive who smokes them out. Crowe was passed over for the Oscar, but he deserved it.

Golden conspiracy oldies:
"Three Days of the Condor," "The Manchurian Candidate," "The Conversation," "Chinatown" and "Rosemary's Baby."

And of course, "Soylent Green," more than just a cracker.

I love it when the conversation goes to movies, cuz I'm in my element. :)

Literal LOL. And I think that's the first audible sound I've made since I woke up.
