We've re-enabled tags for members with 500+ posts, have registered more than 30 days ago, and have positive rep. The permissions will kick automatically for those who qualify.
Don't abuse it or you'll be banned.

I think it's pretty possible. It's only 17 posts a day. Not that difficult or spammy.
