I figured now's as good a time as any to tackle the wrist pain before it gets any worse.
I'm thinking about getting one of these http://www.kinesis-ergo.com/images/k...blk720x471.jpg Does anyone own one? |

I'm not a fan of the keyboards that actually split in the middle, but I've been using this one for years and I love it.

I don't know about keyboards, but I've tried quite a few ergonomic mouses, I finally settled with the Evoluent 3 wireless mouse and never had an irritated wrist since.
The only downside is that it's slightly less accurate then a regular mouse because of the way you move it. But I have 2 mouses plugged in, so if I need pin point accuracy I just switch to my regular mouse for a second (only scenario this happens in for me is Photoshop).

Damn, I just looked at the price. That keyboard cost more than my current PC build.
